Millicent Osamba is a Family Nurse Practitioner with Fort Worth Renal Group, where she has cared for patients with kidney disease since April 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Adventist University in Keene, Texas, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Her nephrology background reaches back more than a decade, including acute dialysis nursing roles across North Texas at Baylor Scott & White, Texas Health Resources, Baylor University Medical Center, and other regional dialysis centers, providing inpatient dialysis care for patients with acute kidney injury and end-stage kidney disease.
A licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Millicent rounds with the Fort Worth Renal Group team in the outpatient dialysis unit and follows patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and post-kidney-transplant needs in the clinic setting. Her experience across the dialysis continuum is rooted in helping patients understand what is happening with their kidneys, what it means for daily life, and what comes next.
