Lihn “Mimi” Ho, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC

Mimi Ho is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) with Fort Worth Renal Group, where she has cared for patients with kidney disease since August 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Before joining Fort Worth Renal Group, Mimi spent five years in critical care nursing across Fort Worth, including the Cardiovascular ICU at Baylor All Saints and Cardiac Progressive Care at Texas Health Harris Methodist, caring for patients managing heart failure, multi-organ failure, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT, a form of dialysis used in critical care).

Mimi is available to see patients in our OP clinic setting at our Main FWRG campus.

Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Mimi is a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and Sigma Theta Tau International. Her acute-care training is particularly valuable for Fort Worth Renal Group patients navigating chronic kidney disease (CKD) in and around the hospital, helping them understand what is happening, what it means, and what comes next, close to home in Fort Worth.
