Joy Phillips serves as Chief Administrative Officer for Fort Worth Renal Group. In her role, Joy provides strategic leadership and oversight to the practice and is committed to the delivery of exceptional patient-centered, personalized care across all service lines.
She brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to Fort Worth Renal Group. She has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Senior Vice President roles for investor owned, privately held and not for profit companies such as Triad Healthcare, HCA, Tenet, HealthTrust, Community Hospital Corporation, MedAssets and Conifer Health. Her experience includes acute, post-acute healthcare and physician practices. She has significant expertise in the development and execution of revenue cycle management services, strategic initiatives, finance and accounting, comprehensive shared services organizations including accounting, finance, information technology, supply chain, legal and compliance, risk management, audit, human resources and value based care.
Joy is a CPA and received her BBA in Accounting from Boise State University.
